安装Vivado2018.3

首先下载安装 Windows10 的最新版本，为了防止不间断的更新，第一次打开，所有内容都更新到最新之后，关闭所有的更新项。

打开 https://china.xilinx.com/support/download/index.html/content/xilinx/zh/downloadNav/vivado-design-tools.html

左侧的 Version，选择 Vivado存档。

点击 2018.3，选择 Vivado Design Suite - HLx 版本 - 2018.3 Full Product Installation 下的 Vivado HLx 2018.3: WebPACK and Editions - Windows Self Extracting Web Installer (EXE - 62.66 MB)

打开之后选择专业版，否则IP核无法使用。需要选择 UltraScale，因为KU060是这个架构的。
